06.16.2020 at Centoform training center in Cento: Selection according to course frequency and motivational interview of candidates. At presence of a mixed public-private commission, Martina Calamusa was the winner.
20.06.2020 at Futura training center in San Giovanni in Persiceto: Selection according to course frequency and motivational interview of candidates. At presence of a mixed public-private commission, Nicolò Ingargiola was the winner.
The selection criteria rewarded the motivation and commitment of the students. Gender equality has always been guaranteed since the promotion stages, despite a clear and traditional male presence at the courses concerned. The offered mobility for the two selected students has been fundamental in their subsequent working career leading them to a current stable occupation.
